Join Friends of the Rail Park for a Volunteer Clean-Up!
Over the years, our volunteers have played an integral role in keeping the park a clean, inviting space for our larger community. This monthly clean-up is a great way to get involved and connect with other people in the community! Volunteers will assist with litter pick up, graffiti removal, and other park management duties.
All supplies will be provided, plus light refreshments!

New this year and in response to volunteer interest, we're introducing a monthly green-up. This is a great way to exercise your green thumb in community and leave your imprint on the park! Volunteers will assist with weeding, planting, pruning, and more!

Campbell Square Park Volunteer Day

Join us for our monthly volunteer day where we will be stewarding Campbell Square Park. This is a great opportunity to give back and connect with your fellow community members. We will be mulching, weeding and cleaning up around the park. No experience neccessary, just bring a water bottle, dress comfortably and apply sunscreen before the work day. We hope to see you there!

FDR Park Community Planting

Join Fairmount Park for a volunteer workday at FDR Park Meadow Lake on Tuesday, November 3rd from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The area around the lagoon was recently cleared of invasive species, and we need your help planting more native trees & shrubs. We will be planting a combination of native trees that will be established over the winter and provide benefits to the wildlife around the lake.

Boone Park Stewardship

Join us on first Saturdays of the month to help care for Boone Park! Volunteers will work together to remove invasive species, pick up trash and provide minor site maintenance. All supplies will be provided but bringing your own gloves and water bottles is encouraged. Be a part of the effort of improving and maintaining this great piece of our community- hope to see you there!
