Philadelphia Parks & Recreation organizes volunteer events for community groups, schools, churches, and others throughout the year! Events are organized based on availability and need. Projects focus on supporting regular park maintenance, ecological restoration, and other special projects throughout Philadelphia's unstaffed neighborhood parks and natural areas. To create a unique and meaningful outdoor service experience for your group, contact the Parks & Rec stewardship office at PPRstewardship@phila.gov or call (215) 683-3640.
