Wednesday Weeding @ the Trolley Trail

Trolley Trail Gateway at Chamounix Drive & S Chamounix Drive
June 9th
1:30pm – 3:30pm

Join us for a Wednesday Weeding session to save 200 newly planted trees from invasive vines.

We just planted over 200 trees at the newly revamped Trolley Trail entrance, which is also a popular picnic spot. Invasive plants and vines are already threatening these future forest members, so please join us to do some weeding, cutting, and vine removal to make sure these important trees survive and thrive. No experience or special knowledge necessary - beginners welcome!

All participants must wear a mask. We will have extra masks available for you if you need one. Please stay home if you experience COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with a confirmed case in the last 14 days.

All tools and materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own gloves. Meet at the large stone parking lot on Chamounix Drive near South Chamounix Drive and the intersection with Belmont Mansion Drive.
